Potatoes in a mustard-soy sauce
Absolutely delicious and simple dish for meatless days. It goes great with pickled and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    0.25 coup

Cooking

Peel the potatoes. Cut into halves or quarters (depending on size of potatoes). Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water.

For the sauce mix the mustard, soy sauce, honey, olive oil and paprika.

With boiled potatoes drain the water.

Mix the potatoes with the sauce.

Put potatoes in a baking dish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until Golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.
