Fruitcake
Pie with a pleasant sweet pear-banana filling (and therefore the name is)

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Prepare yeast Khrushchev (ageless) the dough: mix the yeast with salt, add sugar, milk, soft butter and knead all the flour until elastic consistency to the dough to easily come off from the hands. Then store it in the fridge for 4 hours (at night)
