Plum cake with strategem
Recipe from vitoria. Very delicate flavor in this pie. Almond-based sweet-and-sour plum.. mmm....

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Sugar

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Butter

    425 g

  • Drain

    1 kg

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Starch

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    60 ml

Preparation: Heat the oven to 180 degrees. The form to lay baking paper or grease with oil. Dough: Put flour in bowl, sugar, flour and almonds. Melt butter and add to dry mix

Preparation of strazeele: Put in a bowl the sugar, flour, butter and grind by hand or in a food processor until crumbs.

Assembly: Spread the filling on the cake, sprinkle top with strategem. Bake for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Cut !!!! only once the cake is completely cool!!!
