Duck mom's recipe
It is the General rule in the family that my husband loves duck only one option: whole baked in the oven until crisp, to what were accustomed to from childhood. Favorite recipe of course I got from my mom. There is nothing special, but the duck is soft, juicy, with a crispy crust. And I ask You to try the bird in this version!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

To prepare the duck: wash, dry

Garlic finely chop, mix it with sour cream, pepper, salt, seasoning (I usually take for chicken). Also, sometimes on the order of husband use sour cream instead of mayonnaise.

Very liberally grease all our duck in the sauce.

Pack our duck in the oven bag and put into the fridge (preferably overnight) to marinate.

Bake in the sleeve in the oven at 190 degrees for about 2 hours, it all depends on how much you love a crispy crust.
