Dish from the series "I blinded him from what was". Like many recipes on the website. If I repeat, sorry. I wanted to share my recipe for simple and delicious pie (after revision in the fridge). Impromptu

Chicken fillet

Mushrooms
200 g

Cooking
Sour cream, mayonnaise, egg whites, baking powder, flour to mix into a uniform batter. Add salt and pepper to taste. The dough is like thick cream.
Chicken fillet cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil with onions. Mushrooms (or other fresh mushrooms), finely chop and fry in oil. (I have both left from another dish). You can add sliced homemade sausages. All optional and to Your taste.
In a greased and floured form spread 2/3 of the dough. On top of the meat stuffing and mushrooms
Again a layer of dough (remaining)
Sprinkle with grated on a fine grater cheese and seasoning for pizza. To put bake in the oven at 180* for 25 minutes (need to watch because ovens are different).
The finished pie slightly cool, cut into portion slices and immediately serve. Quick and tasty.
