Marzipan cake
This cupcake I made "rabbit" dough (recipe with the Easter Bunny I posted earlier), because for the bunnies it is not yet time. It turns out very tasty, fragrant and crumbly cupcake.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Marzipan

    100 g

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Starch

    20 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Preparation of the test I showed in the "Easter hares". For the cupcake I took double the normal "the hare".

Put the dough into shape and put in a preheated 180*C oven for 35-40 minutes.

Readiness check with a toothpick. Leave in tin for 10 minutes, then take out and decorate at will. Very tasty with milk.
