Zucchini caviar
My version of squash pate with aromatic spice, herbs and your favorite soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Pepper

    300 g

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

Cooking
