Meatballs with vegetables in cream sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, cut into small slices.

The carrots and half the onion cut arbitrarily.

At the bottom of the ramekins place a layer of potatoes.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Put onions and carrots.

And green peas.

Fillet to scroll in a meat grinder together with onion, salt and pepper. Formed into small meatballs, arrange on top of vegetables.

Sour cream mixed with 0.5 cups of water and grated cheese (a little cheese to leave).

Add dill (I dry), a little salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the cups.

Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 180C. 40-45 minutes. 10 minutes before the end remove foil and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bon appetit!
