Hake in green garlic sauce
A great dish for dinner... a Green sauce made of parsley, garlic and olive oil is the main base for seafood. Stunning aroma and taste, perfectly complement this dish

Ingredients

  • Heck

    6 slice

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

Steak or hake fillets dry with paper towels, lightly salt and season with spices. Finely chop the parsley ( work 3-4 tablespoons) and finely chop the garlic.

In a pan heat olive oil, add the garlic and fry it for a couple of minutes on medium heat, then add the parsley. A bit of fry all together

Then place the fish so that the pieces do not touch each other. Fry the fish for 10-12 minutes, then gently turn and fry other side the same.
