What happens if you mix the mashed potatoes, chickpea and millet? Surprisingly tasty burgers!

Cooking
The chickpeas to soak in plenty of water, leave overnight. Drain the water, pour boiling water (unsalted) and cook for 35-40 minutes. 5 minutes prior to readiness to salt. Chickpeas cool, blend it.
Boil potatoes in salted water (20 minutes) until tender, cool, blend.
The millet, cook in boiling salted water until tender (15 minutes).
Mix potato and chickpeas puree with millet.
Onion and parsley finely shred.
To this mixture, add chopped parsley and onion, add egg, all well mixed.
From the resulting mass to form patties, fry in vegetable oil with 2 sides until Golden brown.
