Smoked meatballs
In appearance - the usual meatballs in tomato sauce. Taste - juicy meatballs with a smoked flavour and spicy taste.

Round boil the rice until cooked. I used the rice Mistral Italica.

Mix the minced meat with half of chopped onions and boiled rice, add salt and pepper, and season with a few dashes of smoked Tabasco.

Syrokopchenye finely chop the sausage and stir it into the stuffing, remove the stuffing in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Tomatoes in their own juice grind in a blender and pour them vodka.

Heat in a pan the soy sauce, stir into it the sugar, and heat until a slight caramel flavor.

In a saucepan heat the oil, fry the meatballs with 2 sides, now add to them the remaining chopped onion and gently let it cook gently for until transparent, add to this the tomatoes and vodka and add the caramel, simmer, covered on low heat for about 25 minutes. If needed, season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve with any side dish. Sausage and smoked Tabasco will do the job and give the meat a light scent of smoke, and vodka in the sauce when heating is not noticeable, but it gives this dish an unusual, can't explain. If you liked the recipe - try it!
