Risotto with peppers
Do you love risotto as I love him?!... ))) Then this recipe is for you! It's tender and flavorful risotto will please your taste and adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Dry white wine

  • Broth

    600 ml

  • Butter

  • Parmesan

First, pre-cook the broth. Further, in the preparation of risotto to maintain the broth on a low heat hot! Bulgarian pepper to wash, place them on a sheet of foil on the grate and bake in the oven at high temperature. Once the peppers appear markings, to get them out of the oven and place in the pack for 10-15 minutes.

Then clean the peppers from the skin and seeds.

Melt butter (1 tbsp) and olive oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom and fry the onions until clear. The onions should be soft but not fried! If necessary, add a ladle of broth...

Add to the onion rice (not pre-rinse!) and, stirring constantly, let the rice become translucent. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.

Once the wine is completely absorbed into the rice, in small portions add the hot broth and, stirring all the time, cook risotto until cooked (16 - 18 minutes).

5 minutes until cooked risotto add the mashed pepper. Season with salt to taste.

The finished risotto remove from heat, put into it the remaining butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese mix well. The risotto is ready!
