Lentil patties with vegetables
Today we prepare vegetarian patties that can be safely eaten post!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.3 cup

Cooking

Foods... Lentils provided in a dry form.

Scrape the carrots, grate coarsely. Onions clean, chop.

Cook the carrots along with the onions lightly.

Big tomato peel, chop and add to the pan.

Stir, pour salt instead of soy sauce.
