Muffins
cupcakes with a strong smell and taste of oranges.. a piece Practika inside, sour-sweet orange-lemon fondant icing and candied orange peel on top.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

  • Champagne

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Vanilla

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Orange zest

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Egg, vegetable oil and champagne whisk.

Mix the flour, vanilla, coconut, sugar.

Mix the flour mixture with the liquid, add the raisins. Mix well.

The orange clean from the skin, membranes and seeds, cut into small pieces (one slice in three parts). Add orange starch well and mix gently.

In a baking pan to put the paper molds, filling to 1/2 the dough, put in the center a piece of orange.

Pour the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven until muffins are brown (about 20-30 minutes).

To make the sweet: juice of orange and lemon mix with powdered sugar and mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps. to make the candied zest: orange rind cut into thin strips about 2cm long

Put on medium heat a small pot (I have enamel mug), add sugar and pour water, stir, until the sugar dissolves, BUT do not boil, then add the zest and cook 10 minutes on low heat,stirring lightly, until the whole Vlad is absorbed and the peel is tender.

The finished muffins to cool and spread with Fudge that the whole region (between paper and cupcake) filled Fudge and a thin layer on top.

Put into the refrigerator to Fudge frozen (for 10 minutes). Bon appetit!
