Cake
Tender fish pie with the aroma of smoked meat.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Crackers

    150 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Canned fish

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Greens

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Oregano

    1 l

RUB the margarine on a coarse grater, add the cumin, sugar, salt, garlic and breadcrumbs. Stir. Add milk. Then the flour. Form a ball, which is right on the form, transform into a cake with not very high sides. Pierce with a fork and put into the fridge for an hour (can be longer).

For the filling, grind the greens. 150 g smoked cheese cut into small cubes. The remaining 50 g thin slices. Drain sardines from oil and mash with a fork. Whip cream with eggs, oregano and a little salt.

On the cake put the pieces of cheese.

Then – greens, sardines, once the herbs (leave some to sprinkle on top).

Pour a dressing of sour cream with the eggs. On top lay thin slices of cheese and sprinkle with herbs.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Bon appetit!
