When boiled beets, did not know what I was going to do. Somehow suddenly had the idea of beet roses.

Garlic

Cooking
Beet.
Cook beets. Cut beets in a circle a long ribbon starting from the bottom.
Turn the cut strip. The remaining beets grate on a grater for the filling.
3 types of filling: 1) beets, grated on a fine grater garlic, melted cheese and mayonnaise; 2) soft cream cheese (I have a Hochland) + grated on a fine grater carrots garlic; 3) soft cream cheese with crushed almonds.
Smear "tape" and turn.
