Fish teriyaki with fried eggplant
Teriyaki - this dish, the highlight of which is the frosting dish.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Wine white semi-dry

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Brown sugar

    0.75 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Eggplant

  • Onion

  • Sauce

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

Cooking

Mackerel cut into fillets, marinate in soy sauce, mirin and finely chopped ginger root. Marinate 1 hour.

While fish is marinating make eggplant. Onions chop, fry in olive oil. Add chopped eggplant and fry, stirring occasionally until tender.

The miso sauce will mix with the sugar and 2 tablespoons water.

Add the eggplant, stir fry for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat.

The fish is marinated, dry it with a towel, zapanirovat in flour and fry on both sides in olive oil.

From the pan remove. Wipe the pan with a paper towel, return to heat, Add: Soy sauce-4 tbsp, brandy-3 tbsp, sugar-0,75 tbsp two minutes to boil the sauce.
