Cherry tart with cream ice cream
Offer to cook a very delicious cherry flan. Delicate custard of ice cream on shortcake cake and top with fresh cherries in jelly.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Prepare the shortbread crust. In a saucepan, mix butter and sugar ( small reed TM "Mistral").

Add the flour, baking powder, salt, mix until all the crumbs, put the egg and sour cream, knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

The cherries with the sugar mix and heat to dissolve the sugar. I took the frozen berries.

I made this berry juice.

Pour the gelatin water, one plate 5 g and 2 tbsp water in another 8 grams and 2 tablespoons of water. Leave to swell.

Prepare the cream. In a pan put the ice-cream and put in a water bath.

Add the eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and 2 tbsp flour, cook until thick, stirring occasionally. When the cream thickens, add the butter.
