Cooking
Prepare the shortbread crust. In a saucepan, mix butter and sugar ( small reed TM "Mistral").
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, mix until all the crumbs, put the egg and sour cream, knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
The cherries with the sugar mix and heat to dissolve the sugar. I took the frozen berries.
Pour the gelatin water, one plate 5 g and 2 tbsp water in another 8 grams and 2 tablespoons of water. Leave to swell.
Prepare the cream. In a pan put the ice-cream and put in a water bath.
Add the eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and 2 tbsp flour, cook until thick, stirring occasionally. When the cream thickens, add the butter.
Was that custard, it should be cool.
Take out the dough out of the freezer, roll out into a circle on parchment.
Turn over, remove the paper.
Hands in dough form, remove excess, do punctures with a fork.
Below the crust is not deformed when baking, put a parchment with a load and bake with it the first 15 minutes.
Bake in the oven at t=200 C,for 25-30 minutes.
Heated on the stove ( or microwave) until gelatin is dissolved (do not boil!) and add the cream, stir.

In cherries add the dissolved gelatin, stir and put on a tart with cream, put in refrigerator for freezing.
Cut a slice, pour the tea and enjoy a delicious dessert!
