Bread buns cream
Try to offer gentle, airy and creamy brioche bread with addition of buckwheat and flax flour. Baking turns out very fragrant and delicious. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Buckwheat flour

    50 g

  • Flour flax

    10 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Yeast to dissolve in warm water. Add sugar, salt, cream and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Add the buckwheat flour, Flaxseed flour and 2/3 of the wheat flour. Start to knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining flour, which you may need less or more depending on the brand of Your flour.

The dough roll into a ball, put in a container greased with vegetable oil and put in a heat for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, each of which roll into balls and place on a baking sheet greased with butter. Cover with a towel and put it in the proofing in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Before planting in the oven coat the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with flax seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

The finished rolls cover with a towel and let rest for 15 minutes.
