This copyrighted recipe I want to dedicate to two wonderful cooks Olya - lelikloves and Natasha - LNataly who become acquainted with matcha. Ola I promised to publish the recipe. That is a promise. The cake turns out very bright, festive and delicious. It is equally good for a cozy tea party with family and for special occasion. This cake is one drawback - quickly disappears from the table. Cooking
Beat butter and sugar.
While continuing to whisk, to enter the eggs one by one.
Enter the sour cream. Mix well. Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into three equal parts. First add turmeric, the second tea of the match in the third cocoa powder. Stir each part separately.
Cake pan grease with oil. Put the dough different colors 1 tbsp in the form in random order. Put in the preheated oven.
Bake at 180C for approximately 40 minutes until dry toothpick. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then on wire rack. The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
