What could be better than cheesecake?!... On Breakfast, the afternoon snack and dinner! Bran make a simple cheesecake in the cake, so, at least, took this wonderful dish my children. You are welcome!

Cooking
Beat the eggs with half the sugar with a mixer. Add half the sour cream and again beat well.
Curd RUB through a sieve.
To the cream cheese add the zest of lemon or orange, vanilla essence and gradually combine them with sour cream and eggs, beat well with a mixer until smooth.
Nuts to chop, but not very finely. Mix the nuts, bran, and cinnamon.
In a baking dish place a layer of cheese, sprinkle evenly with a mixture of dry bran, cinnamon and nuts, then another layer of cheese, etc. I did three layers (top - dressing). Put the casserole in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
The remaining sour cream mix with the remaining sugar and 7-10 minutes before end of cooking pour into the casserole. The finished casserole to cool and serve with fruit or with sour cream.
