The chicken in lemon juice
Very delicate, with light, almost weightless, lemony. The right dish in hot weather. And very good as the kebabs on the nature.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    75 ml

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Pepper

Chicken wash, dry, cut off excess (if any). You can take any parts of the Kura river.

We will need one lemon. It is well with my brush. Then with a grater, remove the zest and squeeze the juice from the lemon.

To the zest add lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Mix well.

Put the chicken in the marinade and put into the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds and partitions. Cut into cubes and put in a greased form. Put the chicken and place in oven to bake. After 15 minutes, the hen pour a little of the remaining marinade.
