Salad with chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes and olives with dill and olive oil. Classic, delicious salad, vegetable, healthy! An excellent side dish for meat, vegetable, but very tasty just like that!

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    100 g

  • Green olives

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The chickpeas to soak in a large quantity of cold water overnight.

Boil in salted water until tender. Drain the water.

Chickpeas, season with olive oil, chopped olives b\K, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, add the crushed roasted garlic, salt, pepper, chopped dill. Season the salad. Serve it with meat, cheese dishes, and as a standalone dish.
