Gingerbread honey almond
Homemade cakes for family tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

In a bowl add the egg (1 piece), add cinnamon (1 tsp), salt (1 pinch), soda (1/2 tsp). Blend until smooth.

To the mixture add universal cane sugar TM "Mistral", a mixture of fluff.

Add honey (2 tablespoons). Mix until well blended.

Add flour (2 cups).

Add sour cream (1 tbsp).

Almond peel and chop into crumbs, add to the dough.

The form for baking grease with vegetable oil, put the cooked dough. To send the form in heated to 190-200C oven. Bake gingerbread until dry kindling.

Ready gingerbread sprinkled with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate glaze, sprinkle with almonds. Nice family tea party!
