Chicken in onion gravy with corn and potatoes
Delicious and flavorful, low calorie dish to prepare which you do not spend more than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Green onions

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Bring to a boil peeled potatoes (add salt). Preheat a deep frying pan vegetable oil. I have here half portion and a pan small.

On medium heat saute the onion until Golden brown. Add chicken and saute, stirring, for 3 minutes.

Dissolve the flour in 400 ml water and pour into the pan.

Cook, stirring until thick. Add thyme and salt to taste. Add the corn and cook for another few minutes. At the end add sour cream, stir and remove from heat.

Boiled potatoes you need to mash these. If desired, add a little vegetable oil.

You can serve it in the classic form: potatoes + chicken with sauce and sprinkle with green onions. And you can put the chicken with the sauce forms, sleep, green onions,

On top lay a layer of crushed potatoes and put in a preheated high oven for 5 minutes or under the grill.
