Cooking
In a bowl sift the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and cocoa.
Another is to mix water, vegetable oil, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar.
In a bowl with the liquid ingredients again parts sift dry ingredients, stirring well.
Mix the dough until smooth.
Add to the dough black currants and gently stir, being careful not to damage the berries.
Pour the batter into the cake tin and put to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness of a wooden skewer. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool.
