Fragrant, rich chocolate cake with black currants for a summer tea party! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    12 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black currants

    150 g

In a bowl sift the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and cocoa.

Another is to mix water, vegetable oil, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Pour the batter into the cake tin and put to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness of a wooden skewer. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool.
