Crispy chips for a picnic
Like all children, mine love the chips. And, of course, like all Cooks, I make them myself. For this recipe, the chips work well, very crispy! They are perfect for a snack in nature for children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    500 ml

Potatoes to peel and slice very thin. Can be cut with a knife. I rubbed on a usual grater on the side notches. Rinse the potatoes.

Fill a pot with water, add 1 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp of soy sauce Cccommon.

To put it in a potato and leave for 1 hour. At this point, the potatoes absorb the salt.

Spread the potatoes on a towel, lightly dried.

In a plastic bag put the flour and the remaining salt.

Put the potatoes and very good shake bag so that each workpiece for the chips was all into the flour mixture.

We fry our chips in boiling oil until Golden brown. Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.
