Chashushuli chicken
A great dish for a family dinner, for guests! Very bright and colorful!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    1 pack

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion cut into two halves, and cut into strips, fry in a pan until Golden brown.

Cut bell pepper into pieces and fry in a pan with garlic.

In a separate pan fry chicken fillet cut into small slices, until Golden brown.

Then join everything in one pan, continuing to cook over low heat for 20 minutes under a lid. Add salt, pepper, spices.

Then add the tomatoes, simmer for another 10 minutes. If in own juice, you can juice together.

Finely chop the herbs, sprinkle generously and simmer for another 5 minutes.
