Description
I recommend to cook chicken in a marinade of soy sauce, garlic and herbs. Easily and naturally you get a wonderful main dish that is not ashamed to serve to guests.

Cooking
For the marinade to combine and mix soy sauce, Kikkoman, cooking oil and pressed garlic.
Fillet (preferably take a large) wash, dry with paper towel, lightly discourage hammer.
Put the fillets in a deep bowl and cover with marinade. Leave to marinate at least 30 minutes.
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel, flesh finely chop. Onions finely chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil, add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
Grate cheese on large or medium grater and mix with chopped Basil (I used dry Basil). Add the parsley or dill.
Fry fillets until Golden brown. Form for baking vystelit foil and put the fried fillet.
On fillet put the fried vegetables.
Sprinkle with cheese, mixed with greens.
Bake at t=180 °C about 15-20 minutes.
