Skewers of squid and salmon with grilled lettuce
Here's my husband and I had dinner for two, eaten straight from a dish with white wine. Very tasty and healthy, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Salmon

    1 piece

  • Olives

    1 pack

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

Cooking

From steak and salmon to remove the skin, divide into two parts. Squid and salmon marinate in the marinade of olive oil, brawanski herbs, balsamic, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt, exactly 1 hour.
