Description

Hot meat tartare on a bed of buckwheat
Meat tartare is a delicious French dish for lovers of exclusive food with the addition of raw meat. But since I'm not ready to eat raw meat: -) and the composition of the recipe I really liked, I decided to alter it to fit your style. And the result justified all expectations, the Tartarus turned out delicious, tender, with a pleasant taste of salty cucumbers.
