Cheese casserole
Gentle, aflana casserole. Perfect for a proper Breakfast as every day, after meal. It is also a great and tasty dessert. Serve with sour cream the First of January is perfect for Breakfast, afternoon tea

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    0.25 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese curd

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Semolina Mistral to soak in the buttermilk for 20 minutes (at night)
