Cheese cakes with lime
Well, just yum!!! It is necessary to try! In my family, not liking of sweet pastries, but this dessert I love. It has a very subtle cheese flavor. And lime acidity gives zest!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Condensed milk

    10 tsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Dry milk

    4 Tbsp

  • The food dye

    1 pinch

Cooking

Proteins separated from the yolks and beat until stable peaks with the salt and sugar "Mistral".

Cottage cheese whipped with egg yolks.

Mix protein and curds. Add the flour and baking powder.

Baking tray lay a parchment. Flatten the dough on the surface. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.

From the dough to cut out different shapes. I chose the flowers, but for economy it is better to select the squares (less scraps, although my trimming long stale - was eaten in the household).

Cream: Grate the zest of lime. Squeeze the lime juice. Add the condensed milk. Mix it all together.

The dough is put into molds and use the cream. Again put the dough and smear with cream. Layers can be made arbitrarily. The top layer of cream not oil!

In the remaining cream, add the milk and dye. Grease the cakes with a thick layer. Leave for 5-10 minutes. We release the cakes from the tins and serve! Bon appetit!
