A quick and tasty dish. It is very convenient to use a mixture of frozen vegetables, reduces the time for slicing vegetables.

Cooking
I had a mixture of vegetables: carrots, bean sprouts, mung, pepper, green peas, leek, Chinese mushrooms, young green peas (pods).
The ginger will grate on a small grater. Add soy sauce, water 2 tbsp, starch and chopped garlic.
Beef, cut into thin wedges, fill with marinade and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Egg noodles, boil according to instructions on packaging. After cooking I washed the noodles in cold water.
In a frying pan or wok warm up olive oil and add marinated beef. Fry for 5 minutes.
Then add the vegetables with a curry. And fry for another 7-9 minutes.
At the end add egg noodles.
Season to taste with soy sauce.
Serve sprinkled with green onions.
