Jam tart on serum
Airy, gentle and soft budget pie with cream cheese and jam.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Serum

    250 ml

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Soft margarine, eggs and sugar beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the whey and mix well, add flour and baking powder. Blend again.

In a Cup beat the egg, cottage cheese, pudding ( or 2 tbsp of starch and 1 g of vanilla), and jam. I with berries of black currant. Jam is better to take sour. In the form pour half of dough on top of cheese filling.

Close the filling balance test, gently to level and send the cake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 gr. The finished cake to decorate on your own. Form I have silicone, so I was not lubricated. Size 26 cm
