Russian scones for tea
All good day)I Want to share with you the recipe of very delicious bread rolls with jam. They are quite interesting to the taste. Top turns a crunchy, crumbly crust and inside of the muffins moist, fluffy and soft. A miracle!) And still the interesting moment that there is added the compote. In General, the recipe to add orange juice, well, I didn't have one and I added the juice, not sorry!) Recommend to everyone)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Compote

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Jam

Cooking

Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir and make a well in the middle.

In another bowl, mix the eggs, juice, vegetable oil. Slightly beat with a whisk the mixture until smooth, pour into the hole to dry ingredients and knead the dough (if necessary add more flour).

Make the dough into a ball.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for a few hours.

After a couple of hours remove the dough, divide it into 4 parts and from each part roll out the rectangle

Brush the rectangle with melted butter

On top put jam, not too much otherwise the sweat will flow out. Twist into a roll, cut into buns.

Baking tray lay a parchment paper, then grease it with butter. Spread buns.

Sprinkle muffins with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until Golden brown.
