I love both bananas and coconut, so these muffins won me over with its taste. And most importantly, that they are very long does not get stale. One day, forgetting for a night of cupcakes to pack in foil, very nice cupcakes and was amazed. In this regard, these muffins are one of my favorites.

Cooking
Peel the bananas, cut them in small pieces and whisk in a blender, puree (if you don't have a blender, you can mash them with a fork).
Butter combine with sugar and RUB thoroughly. Then add the eggs, banana puree and beat with a mixer.
Next, add the cinnamon, baking powder, salt, coconut and beat again. Then combine with sifted flour and all carefully mix.
The dough is put in molds (about 2/3 of the form) and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. After some time take out from the oven and take out of the molds. Here are the Goodies we got. You can sprinkle sugar powder.
