Pancakes with poached egg and vegetables
When we cut the pancake, it leads to the yolk, which nourishes the vegetables instead the sauce is insanely delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

  • Broccoli

    50 g

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Asparagus

    50 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Set up your favorite, checked the pancake batter. One it is not, combine all the ingredients for pancakes and give the dough stand for 20-30 minutes.

Fry the pancakes.

All the vegetables I have frozen, to begin with they defrost. Green peas, broccoli, asparagus boil in salted water for 5 minutes.

In a heated frying pan, pour vegetable oil.

Carrots (I have a young frozen) bell pepper and cook for about 7 minutes.

Add boiled vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
