Cooking
Peeled ginger root and carrots grate on a fine grater
Combine all dry ingredients:flour, salt, baking powder and soda. In warm water dissolve the sugar and add the vegetable oil TM Oleyna, then add the vinegar, mix well and add dry ingredients.
Knead the batter with a whisk
Add the grated carrot, the zest from one orange and ginger, mix well.
Pour the batter into a baking pan, cover with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Then remove foil and bake another 20 minutes. Ready cake remove from the form and cool.
Boil the cream. To do this, mix in a saucepan the flour, sugar and semolina.
Carefully mixing with a whisk, pour into flour mixture and orange juice. Then add the zest from one orange and cook the cream on low heat, continuously stirring. Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 5 minutes.
Cream allow to cool completely.
Walnuts dry the pan, then add the fire and slightly to fry. Roasted nuts grind (but not into crumbs).
Korzh cut in half is two layers and cut the hard edges.
