Cake with buckwheat flour and banana filling
On the eve of my daughter's first birthday, I set out to prepare a cake according to his own recipe, with only one condition: the cake needs to be vegan and healthy. Well suited to the post and to make it very easy!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1.5 cup

  • Buckwheat flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 cup

  • Banana

    5 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Water

    3.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour, sugar and soda.

Add water and vegetable oil and mix the dough until the consistency of liquid sour cream. So the finished dough for cakes!

Spread one third of dough into shape and put bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Do the same with the rest of the test. I did 3 layers.

I added to this recipe seeds for satiety and nutty flavor. Soak seeds for an hour, you can not soak, just after soaking they are tender. In a blender, mix the seeds with bananas, add to this mass of vanilla. Here and ready for filling!
