Potato-cheese patties with mozzarella
Delicious, aromatic, mouth-watering patties made from potatoes, cottage cheese and mozzarella. Very easy, simple and quick to prepare, and as easily and quickly eaten! Recipe Italian pies from children's cookbooks. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Parsley

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Olive oil

  • Milk

Cooking

Boil the potatoes, drain off water, add milk and make puree.

Mozzarella cut into cubes.

Ricotta mixed with chopped parsley, eggs, flour and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add mashed potatoes and all mix well.

From the resulting potato-cheese mixture make a small pellet and put inside each mozzarella

And with wet hands (not sticking hands) shape the meatballs.

Fry in a pan in olive oil until Golden brown.
