Cabbage with mushrooms, tomatoes and green lentils
The dish is very hearty, homely and not difficult to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Zira

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Cabbage

    600 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

From these products we are going to prepare.

From cabbage to remove the stalk. Cut into squares with sides of about 2 cm Sweet pepper peel and cut into thin slices. Onions cut into rings.
