Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    120 g

  • Salt

In boiling water dissolve coffee. The oil at room temperature is added to hot coffee. It is necessary to melt it. Pour in the milk.

Break the chocolate into small pieces.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Add to the mix four egg yolks, sugar, yeast, salt, and stir.
