Pork Italian
Very quickly, nourishing, with the flavor of smoked food. Handle even a beginner.

Ingredients

  • Pork chops

    800 g

  • Bacon

    6 slice

  • Parsley

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

In the evening the meat is trimmed, leaving a clean chop. Cut into serving pieces (no thicker than 1.5 cm). Add the soy sauce+salt+spices. Mix - put into the refrigerator and forgotten until the next day.

Get, slightly repel from two sides. With a toothpick fasten a slice of bacon and parsley leaves. (you can use Basil leaves or sage)

Heat 1 tbsp butter and fry both sides for 3 minutes on low heat. (So that the pieces do not touch each other). Repeat with the other pieces.

Lay out, decorate with parsley leaves. You can serve it with vegetables.
