Cottage cheese casserole with buckwheat
Low calorie, tasty and healthy casserole. Quickly prepared! Particularly suitable for those who are on a diet or just doesn't like semolina.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2.5 cup

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Raisins

  • Jam

Take boiled buckwheat

Add the cheese, sugar and eggs (can be a bit of butter). If the curd is very dry, RUB it first with sugar and eggs and then add to the buckwheat.

All thoroughly! Small children can be crushed with a blender. But do not overdo it.

Optionally you can add raisins, dried fruits, candied fruits or preserves. I have after Easter left the raisins, and added. Mix everything again.

Grease the form of butter, put it in our mix. If it is very liquid, do not worry, it will be juicier)

Put in the oven. Readiness can be determined by a light crust on top or the hardness of casserole

The finished pie take out from the oven and allow it to cool down. From above to grease with condensed milk, jam, honey, jam or chocolate. I used strawberry jam.
