Butter fish
Recently my family visited a restaurant, and a children's menu is adorned with the name "Butter fish". My son does not like fish, but the waiter persuaded us to try. It has paid off! Begged for the recipe, now cook the dish at home. Delicious! It is very simple and home cooking. In fact - the fish with the mashed potatoes, creamy taste gives the dish flavor. In General, kids who do not love the fish and their moms who want their kids to still eat it - dedicated!

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Peel potatoes (I have 12 small potatoes), boil. Prepare a simple puree. Fish fillet (mine is tilapia fillet, may be any other) salt, fry for 2 minutes on each side in vegetable oil.

Prepare creamy fill: boil the milk. Next, in another bowl 2 tablespoons of butter to melt, add 2 tbsp flour, stir and pour in the hot milk. Boil for a minute. The fill should be the consistency of thick cream. Next, remove from heat, add salt-pepper to taste, add the onion half rings and mix.

In a saucepan or any form greased creamy or vegetable oil, spread the sauce, put on top of the fish.

Top fish pour our cream and onion fill and sprinkle with grated cheese.
