Dumplings with pumpkin and raisins
Tender dough made from potatoes and cottage cheese stuffed with pumpkin, raisins and sweet sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Potato flakes

    25 g

  • Flour

    25 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Crackers

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Heat pan, add oil and pumpkin, simmered pumpkin. Enter the sugar, breadcrumbs, raisins and stir. Remove from heat.

mix in a bowl flour, oats and baking powder.

In a bowl through a sieve, wipe boiled potatoes.

In the same bowl, wipe cottage cheese through a sieve.

Enter in the bowl with potatoes and cheese sugar, egg, salt, PrimeSite. Enter the flour with the baking powder, knead the dough (slightly stick to hands).

Shape the dumplings. Divide the dough into balls (slightly bigger than a walnut). Shape of the bead pellet. In the center of tortillas put the filling. Squeeze the palm, form a ball (moisten hands in water)

Pour water into the pan, dovedale to a boil. Lower the dumplings into the boiling water, stirring occasionally. Cook until tender (2-3 minutes)

Prepare the gravy. Whisk sour cream with sugar.
