Cooking
In a bowl place the potatoes, remember. Enter the sugar, salt, egg, grated cheese. Preroute blender.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder. Gentle knead the dough (slightly stick to hands)
Cut the plums in half, remove the pits.
Shape the dumplings. Divide the dough into balls (size depends on size of plums). Shape of the bead pellet. In the center of the pellet put plum (2 halves, without bones). Zadejte edges and form a ball (moisten hands in water)
Pour water into the pan, dovedale to a boil. Lower the dumplings into the boiling water, stirring occasionally. Cook until tender (2-4 minutes)
Prepare the gravy. Whisk sour cream with sugar.
