Almond-oatmeal cookies with jam
Delicious and healthy, homemade cookies quick cooking, perfectly complementary morning tea or coffee!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Jam

  • Liqueur

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Two cups of oats

and almond grind in a coffee grinder. I have a glass 210 ml.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and liqueur. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and butter.

In a bowl, combine 1 Cup flour, oatmeal, almonds, salt, and a thin stream pour the warm milk. The remaining 1/2 tbsp. flour set aside.

Add in the bowl of egg mixture with reserved flour if the dough is liquid, mix well, and allow dough to stand for 15 min. the Dough should be thick.

Roll out the dough and form balls the size of a walnut, and then round biscuits. Make a depression in top of each cookie and fill with jam.

Put biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, no more, until it starts Browning. Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes. This recipe I got 3 dozen cookies with a diameter of 5 cm
