Decided to share a simple bread recipe with beer. The bread turns out just lovely, gentle smell and the aroma of the beer makes it unique. Help yourself.

Mix the two flour with yeast, salt and cumin.
In a saucepan heated beer with sunflower oil, and molasses until 48-55*C.
Pour the resulting solution into the bowl of a blender set on high speed and continuously add the resulting flour.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place, the mass has doubled. 40-60 minutes - depending on the "warm place".
Heat-resistant form with a capacity of 2 l lubricates sunflower oil, oiled spoon to the bowl of rising dough in, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise (not higher forms). Bake at temperature 175*C for 45-50 minutes (check the dry sticks)
Take out from oven, leave in tin for 10 min.
Passing through the wall with a knife, remove from the mould and leave to cool completely on wire rack.
